So you can receive the maximum amount for your performance! Instead of capping each employee at an hourly rate – (which is certainly more profitable) – we charge a service fee. And, it of course, helps keep us operating.

Can I work with another company while providing services to Arise clients?

Yes, you certainly can! As an independent contractor you have the freedom to work for other companies while you provide services to Arise Clients. However, we do expect all of our contractors to honor their scheduled commitments to our clients and meet all performance standards.

Do I need to use a landline telephone?

No, you have the option to use either a POTS (plain old telephone system) or a VoIP phone to service a client program. To ensure the voice quality on a VoIP phone, we require the use of a physical, hard-wired phone. Cell phones, softphones or phones that run from a computer do NOT meet the requirements. (MagicJack, Skype, Google voice and Ooma are not permitted.)
